By accessing DeepErth and enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
بمجرد دخولك إلى منصة DeepErth والتسجيل في خدماتنا، فأنت توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.
2. User Accounts | حسابات المستخدمين
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited.
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك وكلمة المرور.
يمنع منعاً باتاً مشاركة حسابك مع أشخاص آخرين.
3. Intellectual Property | الملكية الفكرية
All content provided on this platform, including videos, scripts, code, and text, is the exclusive property of DeepErth. Unauthorized distribution or copying is prohibited.
جميع المحتويات المقدمة على هذه المنصة، بما في ذلك الفيديوهات والسكربتات والأكواد والنصوص، هي ملكية حصرية لـ DeepErth. يحظر التوزيع أو النسخ غير المصرح به.
4. Payments and Fees | المدفوعات والرسوم
Payments are processed securely via Paymob.
All fees are displayed in EGP (Egyptian Pounds) unless stated otherwise.
تتم معالجة المدفوعات بشكل آمن عبر Paymob.
جميع الرسوم معروضة بـ الجنيه المصري ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك.
5. Refund Policy | سياسة الاسترجاع
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once the content has been accessed. However, refunds may be considered in specific cases solely at the discretion of the DeepErth support team.
نظراً للطبيعة الرقمية لمنتجاتنا، فإن خدمات الاسترجاع غير متاحة بشكل عام بمجرد الدخول إلى المحتوى. ومع ذلك، قد يتم النظر في طلبات الاسترجاع في حالات معينة يقررها فريق دعم DeepErth حصراً.
6. Limitation of Liability | تحديد المسؤولية
DeepErth provides educational content "as is" and is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its services.
